Homeport, Columbus Housing Partnership’s (CHP) home sales division, has launched its first “Green Build” initiative in the King-Lincoln district on Columbus’ near east side. The scattered-site, mixed-income neighborhood, targeted by the City of Columbus for renovation and reinvestment is “greener” due to The NeighborWorks – Home Depot Foundation Green Building Award. |

The North of Broad development, a King-Lincoln community, has created a new "green" space at the end of 21st street and Long Street. The "green" space highlights the entrance to the development to enhance the beauty of North of Broad. It is accompanied by new trees, flowering shrubs, perennials, annuals and a new sign marking the neighborhood. |
